1. Upon receiving the goods, please check the functionality and condition of the item immediately. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 30 calendar days of successful delivery.

2. If the item has quality issues within 30 calendar days of receipt, we will bear all return shipping costs. If the buyer does not want the item or purchased the wrong version of the GPS device, the buyer will bear the return shipping costs and all related expenses, including but not limited to return shipping fees, customs duties required by customs before the seller's receipt, and customs clearance fees.

3. If the product and accessories in the package are intact after receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 5 days.
